At Porcelain Coffee Roasters, we take pride in the quality of our coffee and the care we put into every bag. Because our products are roasted to order and perishable, we do not offer refunds or returns on coffee purchases.
However, your satisfaction matters to us — if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@porcelainsf.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible. We’ll review the case and issue a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist. While we can’t control carrier delays, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
