By using the Porcelain Coffee Roasters website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Orders & Fulfillment
All orders are roasted to order and fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS and UPS. Delivery times may vary by location. Porcelain is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or incorrect address information.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@porcelainsf.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
4. Subscriptions (if applicable)
Subscribers are billed automatically based on the frequency selected. You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, images, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Porcelain Coffee Roasters and may not be reused without written permission.
6. Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely to process your order and will never be sold or shared. Payment info is encrypted and processed securely through our third-party provider.
